Published by Cyber Flows on

You’re up, new blood! Two fresh faces from the world of F1 confirm their participation in the latest digital clash of heroes. Both Esteban Ocon and Valtteri Bottas will take the start this weekend’s Virtual Monaco Grand Prix! They line up alongside six other F1 drivers and Virtual Grand Prix mainstays; Alex Albon, Antonio Giovinazzi, George Russell, Nicholas Latifi, Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc.

The Elite line up will also be joined by Arsenal’s striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who will race alongside Lando Norris for McLaren. Belgian international Goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois also returns for Alfa Romeo following his 11th place finish in the Virtual Spanish GP.

Elsewhere on the grid, Alex Albon – who was victorious at the Interlagos Circuit – will be partnered by big-wave surfer Kai Lenny for Red Bull Racing. Luis Fonsi, singer of 2017 hit Despacito, also makes his Virtual Grand Prix debut for Racing Point.

With five races in the books, we’ve seen four different winners take the top spot: Guanyu Zhou, Albon, Russell, and Leclerc, who is the only driver to have taken two victories. Whether or not the home field advantage of Monte Carlo pays of, remains to be seen…
