The prestigious awards for violinists were awarded the Recital Solo album of the year for the album “Hidden Violin” taken together with Jose Gallardo. The form refers to the most brilliant specimens of the Stradivarius of the so-called golden age of his work, whose thorough research has shown that all elements are original.

The violin, which was named Polonia, went to Wawrowski in May 2018, at the centenary of Poland, which gained independence again. It is the first Stradivarius in post-war Poland. The instrument was purchased by Polish patron artist Roman Ziemian and Stephan Morgenstern, CEO of FutureNet – a social platform that connects people working in the direct sales and marketing industry on multiple levels. Their market value is estimated at about PLN 20 million.

This year’s “Fryderyk” receive also Klaudia Szafrańska from band Xxanaxx, at March 9, received a statue that was awarded the category Electronics Album Year for the album “Gradient”. His producer is Michał Wasilewski, who makes the Xxanaxx team.
