The current Bundesliga season hasn’t ended yet but the management board of VfB Stuttgart took first steps to make the team better next season. VfB has signed a deal with new coach Tim Walter and 2 new players: Atakan Karazor and Mateo Klimowicz.

Tim Walter will replace interim coach Niko Willing behind the steering wheel of senior team of VfB Stuttgart. Last season, he managed Holsten Kiel, 6th team from German 2. Bundesliga. His previous clubs in which he worked were Karlsruher SC and junior teams of Bayern Muenchen. Now Tim Walter received a chance to build his brand in the best German football league. His run with the club from Mercedes Arena in Stuttgart will last until June, 2020.

– What soon became clear from our conversations with him was that Tim Walter’s methods and concepts, based on exciting and attacking football, will be an ideal fit for VfB. We are also looking to focus on our youth teams and Tim not only has a great deal of experience in this area, but first and foremost a real belief in it. We’ve recruited a very good coach for VfB and are looking forward to working with him – said Thomas Hitzlsperger, VfB’s sports director.

Next season, VfB Stuttgart will have also at least 2 new players who have just signed a contract with the club. The first one is Atakon Karazor, 21 years-old midfielder and former player of Holsten Kiel where he worked with coach Tim Walter. The second one is 18 years-old midfielder from Argentina Mateo Klimowicz.
