Donald and Melania Trump wear matching tuxedos in official Christmas portrait
President Trump and first lady Melania donned coordinating tuxedos for their final official Christmas portrait, released Friday.
Melania tweeted a photo of the pair standing in the Grand Staircase of the White House, both wearing black tuxes and beaming for the camera.
“Merry Christmas from President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump,” she wrote.
The photo was taken by White House photographer Andrea Hanks on Dec. 10, the day of the White House’s congressional Christmas party.
While the commander in chief opted for a traditional tuxedo with a bow tie, the first lady put a feminine twist on the suit, wearing tailored pants and black stilettos.
