HOW TO USE VOUCHER?

FutureNet Voucher can be used to buy matrix, but the value of the voucher need to be the same as value of the matrix.

VOUCHER WAS USED, BUT MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IS THE SAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In that case you will have to make sure that your voucher was used by checking if it's valid on https://futurenet.club/business/qualification/codes. If the site confirms that the voucher was already used, but the bought product hasn't been added to your FutureNet/FutureAdPro account - report this to our support team.

WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION?

In its basic version, the FutureAdPro platform offers the possibility of having up to 50 active packs of the value of 50 FND and 10 packs of the value of 10 FND.

If you intend to take advantage of the potential of FutureAdPro to a greater extent and increase the number of active packs, we encourage to use our subscription offer.
In this way you will reserve server capacity allowing for displaying advertisements in a bigger number.

There are five types of subscriptions:

In case you purchased an additional advertising package and exceeded the maximum limit of AdPacks per your current subscription, you can upgrade the subscription to the next one and an AdPack will become active.

Subscription applies only to a number of active advertising packages a distributor can have, it does not have influence on other parts of the platform service.

WHAT IS “UPGRADE ACCOUNT” AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The package upgrate account on FutureNet is used only to purchase the next level of the product package available on the FutureNet website at https://futurenet.club/business/. The user is able to check the account balance for upgrading to the selected product package, e.g. 10 $, in the visible field "block 10% for updates" the status of the update account is indicated, the account status view is also available in the "Commissions" tab> "Overview https://futurenet.club/business/comission/. With the funds in the upgrate account, the user is able to purchase the appropriate level of the package by clicking the "Upgrade" option for the given package in the selection menu. In the payment options there will be an option to choose "Upgrade with upgrade account" which allows you to use funds from the update account to purchase a new FutureNet product package. Funds accumulated in "Upgrade account" cannot be withdrawn.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE POST PROMOTION IN FUTURENET?

Purchase of a paid post advertisement posted on FutureNet is available in the "PRODUCTS"> "FutureNet ADS" tab. By going to the tab you will see three basic functions "Add advertising", "My ads", "Settlements".

HOW TO EDIT ADDRESS DETAILS AND E-MAIL ON FUTURENET ACCOUNT?

Editing the data on the user's account is possible in the "Settings" option after clicking on the user's picture (avatar) https://futurenet.club/business/yourinfo/youraccount, to save the edited data including the email address, user must have active two-step verification.

INCOMING TRANSACTION

All incoming transactions are processed on a regular basis, in the case of bank transfers the time in which funds will be credited to our account is usually 3 business days. As soon as we receive your payment, the funds will be added to your FutureNet account.

WITHDRAWAL FROM FUTURENET

Each user of the FutureNet platform has an option of withdrawing funds. Withdrawals of funds apply only to commissions and bonuses earned on the platform. Due to Anti-Money Laundering policy, it is not allowed to withdraw deposits, deposited funds have to be used first for the purchase of available products.

Payouts are being executed via following methods: Payza, Neteller, Perfect Money, SolidTrustPay, Bitcoin, 2Pay4You, AdvCash.

After entering the withdrawal amount, choosing the withdrawal method and your country, enter the account password and the code from the Google Authenticator application (the user can configure the application in the account settings). In order to approve payout request remember to confirm it by email that is being automatically sent by the system to your email address.

Once the payout is confirmed by you, it goes to the system and is carried out by the finance department, usually within 3 business days.

DO MY EARNINGS IN FUTURENET HAVE TO BE TAX-DECLARED?

It is difficult to determine the individual case of each user, it is worth mentioning here that the tax settlement obligation applies to every income. Each country has a separate tax law and it is best to contact the relevant local tax office, for example in Poland, the amount to be paidout from FutureNet to any payment processor or bank account in case it exceeds the value of funds that we have invested on the platform is a subject for taxation.

WHAT IS AN ADVERTISING PACKAGE (ADPACK)?

In order to begin the promotion of your business you need to purchase one of the AdPacks.

AdPacks primarily give you a possibility of creating advertisements that will be displayed to the platform users.

Advertising packages include ad views that should be assigned to your advertisements. An number of ad views depends on the value of the package:
50 FND AdPack gives 800 ad displays;
10 FND AdPack gives 160 ad displays.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF ACTIVE ADPACKS

The number of maximum advertising packages a user can have depends on a subscription.

In the basic version, Free, every distributor can have 5 of 10 FND AdPacks and 20 of 50 FND AdPacks.

A distributor can increase these limits by buying a certain subscription.
To check what is your current subscription type, its validity date or upgrade the subscription, choose the Subscription section in the FutureAdPro left menu.

Maximum limits of active AdPacks for the highest subscription type Premium are 50 of 10 FND AdPacks and 400 of 50 FND AdPacks.

HOW CAN I BUY AN ADVERTISING PACKAGE ON FUTUREADPRO?

To buy an advertising package go to Advertising on your left menu and choose Buy AdPacks tab:

  1. Choose a type of AdPacks you want to buy - 50 FND Adpack or 10 FND Adpack.
    2. Choose a method to pay with - FND vouchers (your Online account balance), FTO or FutureAdPro code.
    3. Choose a quantity of AdPacks to buy.
    - Please note that You can buy maximum 100 Adpacks at once.
    - Remember also about maximum limits of Adpacks you can have in accordance with a your subscription.
    4. Amount to Pay field will show you the total value of your purchase.
    5. Press Buy Adpacks button to confirm the purchase.

In case of FND Vouchers received from remuneration, remember that this option is available every 7th, 17th and 27th day of every month. There is counter which informs when this option can be used.

In case of a FutureAdPro code, an important thing to remember is that a code value must be the same as Amount to Pay field value in Step 4.

In case of FTO transfer, the system will forward you to the page with all necessary payment details as an amount of FuturoCoins and a unique wallet address FTOs should be transferred to.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE COMMISSIONS FROM WATCHING ADS?

In order to receive remuneration for watching advertisements you must:

  1. watch a given number of advertisements regularly (this activity must be performed every day during the whole time of activity of the AdPack).
    You qualify for remuneration only if the next day you will manage to watch the advertisements before the lapse of 24 hours from the last time you did.
    For example:if on 12 Dec 2018 you watched advertisements at 8:00 AM, and on 13 Dec 2018 at 11:00 PM, then you will not qualify between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM and you will not receive remuneration. 
    If however you will fulfil the condition of regularity, you will be qualified to receive remuneration from the AdPacks held by you during the next 24 hours.

2. assign the ad views you get with the AdPacks to the advertisements created by you (this is a one-time activity connected with the purchase of a new AdPack).
Please note that you do NOT have to create a new advertisement every time you buy an Adpack. You can have one advertisement and assign ad views to it every time.

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO MY ADPACKS IF I DIDN’T WATCH ADS FOR 14 DAYS?

If you have not been able to visit your account on the FutureAdPro platform and watch advertisements for 14 days, your active advertising packages will be permanently deactivated and you will lose the possibility to receive remuneration from watching advertisements from  AdPacks held at that time.

 

What are the consequences if I don’t assign the ad views I received with an AdPack?

To become qualified for receiving remuneration from watching advertisements, a user must assign all ad views included in the purchased AdPacks to his advertisements on a one-time basis.

- Up to 7 days after the purchase:
In the case of the failure to assign all views of the purchased AdPack during 7 days from the purchase date a user will stop receiving remuneration despite watching regularly a specified number of commercials.

- During 8-30 days after the purchase:
If after 7 days (but not later than 30 days) after the purchase a user assigns the ad views to his advertisements, he gets back the possibility to receive remuneration from watching commercials.

- After 30 days:
In the case of the failure to assign all views of the purchased AdPack during 30 days from the purchase date, a user loses the possibility of assigning views and at the same time losing the possibility to receive remuneration for watching advertisements from purchased AdPacks.

WHERE I CAN CHECK MY COMMISSIONS ON FUTUREADPRO?

You can check your commissions received from watching advertisements and from distribution structure in Commissions tab under Business section.

On the top of the page there are total amounts of remunerations received :
Commissions earned from Adpacks - shows total amount of remuneration received in connection with watching advertisements.
Commissions earned from Business - shows total amount of remuneration received from the distribution structure.
Total earned FND vouchers - shows total amount of remuneration received by a distributor.

On the Commissions page you can also check historical data on your remunerations grouped to three types - from 50 FND Adpacksfrom 10 FND Adpacks and from Business.

Status is the qualification entitling you to receive additional remuneration from the possessed distribution structure in accordance with the scheme below.

Status can’t not be bought, it may only be obtained by the distributors who:

  1. fulfilled the requirements of Personal Activity (organize a support program for people included in their Distribution Structure; watch  the  number  of  advertisements  specified  by  the  system  in  24  hours);
    2. achieved a specific amount of turnover of their distribution structures in a given settlement period in accordance with the below table.

When  determining the turnover of the distribution structure that is necessary for achieving the status of distributor, only the turnover generated in connection with the distributor’s agency of 50 FND AdPacks is considered.

A distributor doesn’t have to buy any services or AdPacks to qualify for commissions from distribution structure.

HOW TO CREATE AN ADVERTISEMENT ON THE FUTUREADPRO PLATFORM?

To create your own advertisement on FutureAdPro go to Advertising section on your left menu and press Create Ad.

To create an ad, a distributor must complete the form with the following fields:

- advertisement title,
- advertisement text,
- URL - link to the website to promote,
- recipients setting (based on gender, age, relationship status, country of origin, education, interests,  level of experience and so on),
- the number of ads views allocated to the advertisement. Each time the advertisement is shown, one view is consumed.

All fields must be filled to create an advertisement.

The user can create an unlimited number of ads. Whether they will be displayed depends on the number of views assigned to each of them.

Each ad before adding to the pool of active ads is additionally verified in terms of content by the staff responsible for the verification of advertisements.
A properly verified advertisement will be randomly displayed to FutureAdPro users as one of ten to choose from.

HOW CAN I GENERATE A CODE ON FUTUREADPRO?

To generate a code on FutureAdPro go to Business tab on your left menu and choose Codes section.

The code is being created from your FND Vouchers (Online account balance):
1. Type a value of a code you want to create. Remember that a code can be used only to pay for something that costs the exact same value.
2. According to the terms of FutureAdPro, 5% of code amount is being transferred to your FutureNet Upgrade account. The field Amount with fee shows total amount that will be deducted from your Account balance to create a code with a given value.
3. Press Create button to confirm the code generation.

Once created, the system will generate a unique code number, which you can use by yourself or give to your friend.

FND vouchers received as remuneration can be used to create a code only three times per month - 7th, 17th and 27th.
FND vouchers that you bought can be used to create a code every day.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF FND REDEMPTION ON FUTUREADPRO?

Only verified accounts can make a redemption of their FND vouchers on FutureAdPro.

Due to Anti-Money Laundering policy, it is not allowed to redeem the FND vouchers that were just bought. Purchased FND vouchers have to be used first to buy FutureAdPro services.
Redemptions apply only to FND vouchers received as remuneration - in the connection with watching advertisements or from the distribution structure.

On the FND Redemption page there are three types of balances:

  1. Total earned FND vouchers - the total amount you can redeem.
    2. Your FNDs available for redemption - the total amount you can redeem reduced by a sum of your pending redemption requests.
    3. Blocked funds. In case you have a pending redemption request, you will see its amount in this field.

In case you don’t have any pending redemption requests, there will be "0" in Blocked funds field and Total earned FND vouchers and Your FNDs available for redemption values will be the same.

To request a redemption of FND vouchers:
1. Choose a payment method - FTO, BTC, LTC or ETH. Please note that transfers are made only through CoinDeal exchange platform, so the wallet addresses must be from CoinDeal.
2. Type an amount of FND vouchers to redeem.
3. Press Redeem button.

The system will ask you to confirm the redemption by OTP or email (depends on what you chose in your Account Settings).
Then it must be additionally approved by you via confirmation email that is automatically sent by the system to your email address.

HOW CAN I VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?

Verification procedure is being entirely performed on CoinDeal exchange.
To find out what is needed to verify CoinDeal account check a video tutorial "How to make and verify a profile on CoinDeal" in the Marketing section on your FutureAdPro account.
Pair your FutureAdPro account with an account on Coindeal and if your CoinDeal account is successfully verified, your FutureAdPro account automatically becomes verified as well.

HOW TO CREATE A COINDEAL ACCOUNT?

Then, fulfill the captcha (confirmation, that you're not a robot) and click the button “Create account”.

STEP 2

The next step you need to do is to activate your account. Go to your e-mail box and click the activation link you've got from us.

Don't see the e-mail? Please check the SPAM folder as well. If you have not received the e-mail, please select an option “didn’t get an email”.

After confirmation of the e-mail address, you need to log in to your account and activate them.

STEP 3

For security, we have introduced an IP address security. Each time you log in with new devices, you will need to confirm your IP address. The address will be added to your IP Whitelist. Find out more: https://coindeal.com/support/article/ip-white-list.

Please insert the security code from e-mail titled "Confirm new location" we have sent you to your e-mail box.
Remember, this code will only work for 10 minutes!

STEP 4

In the next step select the account type (private or corporate) and complete the basic information: first and last name. Enter also your telephone number. 

Remember!
- Don't type 0 in the beginning of the phone number.
- Make sure you enter the number where you can receive a text message with a code. Once entered phone number is saved in the system.

If your name or last name contain a hyphen or a space, you can include them, e.g. Jean-Marc (Name) La Fontain (Last name).

STEP 5

We will send an activation code to your phone number. Enter the code from the text message.

If you didn't get any code, please click "resend SMS".
If you entered the wrong number, please click "change number".

STEP 6

Download the Google Authenticator app on your phone from Apple Store or Google Play. Scan QR Code you can see on the screen or type the code manually. 

The GA app will generate a unique code for the authorization. Type in this code below. Remember that the code is active 30 seconds only.

Beware!
If you typed in the GA code and it was invalid but you believe it was correct, this may be due to the clock setting on your mobile device. You should have Automatic Time Zone and Automatic date & time turned ON in your mobile device for Google Authenticator to work properly.

STEP 7

Provide additional information to verify your account (street, city, region, country, id card and more). Confirm the information entered is true and you agree for it to be verified by Coindeal Limited.

Congratulations!
You've created CoinDeal account. If you want to trade, you need to pass the second level of verification (confirm your idenity).

HOW DO I PAIR MY FUTUREADPRO ACCOUNT WITH AN ACCOUNT ON COINDEAL?

In order to secure FutureAdPro accounts and the content stored on them against unauthorized access, every account must be paired with CoinDeal before requesting a redemption of FND vouchers.

  1. First, register an account at CoinDeal exchange.
    There is a video tutorial "How to make and verify a profile on CoinDeal" in the Marketingsection in your FutureAdPro left menu.
    When registering, please make sure that your personal data (first, last name and country) are identical to the data on your FutureAdPro account.
  2. Go to your FutureAdPro Personal Datapage, press Pair the account and provide an email that you have used to register a CoinDeal account.
    Before pairing the accounts, please double check if all personal information on your FutureAdpro account is correct, as once paired, it could not be edited.
  3. Press Get token. The page will forward you to your CoinDeal account, where a confirmation code is generated. Copy it and paste to the field Enter the code for paring.
  4. Press Verify account. If the data is correct, the accounts will be synchronised automatically.

Verification procedure is being entirely performed on CoinDeal. Once your CoinDeal account is verified, FutureAdPro account becomes verified automatically too.

I WANT TO GIVE SOMEONE MY FUTURENET ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The transfer of a FutureNet account to another user is allowed, it may take place by changing the data on the account, which each user can make on their own.  If you want to change your username, you need direct contact with the support department.

I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT. HOW TO DO THAT

To delete your account please go to your main page. In the upper, right corner select "Settings" and then "My profile". After that in the upper right corner you will find red button with "Delete account" on it - you will have to click on it. In case of having FutureAdPro account you will have to follow the same steps there, too. Please remember that you will have to confirm deleting the account by clicking on the link received by e-mail.

GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR 2-STEP VERIFICATION?

First of all, we recommend setting a strong login password for an account consisting of uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a special character. An additional security is the two-step verification setting. Thanks to the Google Authenticator application, the user can additionally secure the account and the content stored on it against unauthorized access. To secure your account by two-step verification please read the guide: https://download.futurenet.club/SettingupGoogleAuthenticatoronFutureNet.... The important thing is to save the account key or QR code that will allow access to the account in case of phone loss! In order to reset the Google Authenticator agents have to verify the identity of the applicant with appropriate document.

HOW TO RESET OTP CODE?

In case of losing a phone or deleting the application, you will need to reset your OTP configurations to be able to log in again.

To reset OTP configurations:
- get in touch with our Customer Support team by pressing Contact Us button below;
- describe your request in the form;
- attach a photo of you holding your ID document and a piece of paper with the current date in your hands with your face visible on the photo. This is required due to security of your account as we need to be sure it is really an account owner who wants to reset OTP (one time password).

To confirm OTP reset, please also include the following phrase in your request: “Yes, I want to reset my OTP and to decline my security for now, I understand and accept all risks about this action”.
